The event is NOT open to everyone, you must register on the page www.ilvolta.it or www.ilvolta.com to partecipate. Registered users can register for events by filling out a special form, which will allow our staff to proceed with the selection of participants
Who makes the selections?
The names of the people in charge of the selections are not public, they will NOT be made public even later.
When can i Apply?
Applications are not yet open and will be communicated on social channels and by email to the people who have registered on this site.
How long will it last the event?
The event will take place over three days: from friday 24th to sunday 26th april 2020
Are there dressing rooms for cosplayers?
Dressing rooms for male and female cosplayers have been set up inside Palazzo Gonzaga, which will also be the main meeting point in the two days of the event.
Where can I stay?
Also this year the organization will provide participants with a list of accredited facilities, not present on online booking systems, available exclusively to participants and their carers
Who are the guests?
There are NO guests in our event, no one is expensed to participate! The people sometimes announced are NOT considered guests of the organization, but simply have been selected beforehand.
How will I know the results of the selections?
The results will be made public a few days after the deadline for applications, on this site and on social media channels. Furthermore, the selection will also be communicated via e-mail to the interested parties.
And if I wasn't selected?
Unfortunately we are not able to give everyone the right space, and in the selections we will be forced against our will to exclude people. We hope that it will be the right stimulus to improve and try to participate in the next edition.
Why only adults?
The event is NOT accessible to minors. There are some areas where objects of a certain historical and artistic value are present, and there are some areas that are not safe, we cannot accept registrations from minors.
How can I reach the locations?
To reach the locations you need is a simple smartphone. The map made available to participants interfaces with Google Maps and will give you directions on how to get to all the locations.
Unfortunately there are no transport or shuttles provided by the organization, you will need to bring your own vehicles.
I was selected, what should I do?
Simply follow the instructions inside the email from the organization and join, via the links included in the confirmation email, into the closed facebook group dedicated to the event.
